Validity of contract
By making a purchase via Shirts with Buttons website, the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years and the retailer (Shirts with Buttons) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Shirts with Buttons will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order.
Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied. Information about the status of the order is accessible via the customer’s account at any time. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing possible tracking links is sent to the customer. Upon the receipt of the goods through the customer, the contract is regarded as concluded.
Where you have ordered goods which will be tailored to your exact requirements such as made to measure shirts, you may cancel any order placed (whether or not confirmed) at any time within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a refund of the price.
Any statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these conditions.
Our prices are based on the cost of materials, labour, transport, taxes and duties and all other relevant costs at the date of placing the order and/or order acknowledgement and on the work being carried out within normal working ours.
All transactions made are through the online payment merchant. The customer receives payment confirmation when payment details are entered and the ordering process is concluded.
We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given for the receipt of goods. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched if the goods you have ordered are not in stock at the time of placing your order or they are to be dispatched to an address outside of the UK.
Postal charges payable for goods dispatched in the UK will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Because all our shirts are individually tailored to your measurements, it is not possible for us to re-sell them. Therefore refunds are not available unless there is a factory fault with the shirt. In this case the shirt must be returned unworn with all tags still attached, in its original packaging and properly protected.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels and packaging will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We reserve the right to change any descriptions, drawings, specifications, illustrations, and advertising materials at any time without notice.
